Meet the Newest Addition to the &Stories Team

We’re delighted to welcome Dan Raywood to the growing list of journalists writing for &Stories.

Dan is one of the most respected voices in cybersecurity journalism, with an impressive career spanning publications including SC Magazine, Infosecurity Magazine, Dark Reading and many others. Few people understand the industry quite like Dan, having spent years reporting on the stories, technologies and people shaping the cybersecurity landscape.

Cybersecurity has always been close to our hearts at Shift7. Over the past two decades we’ve had the privilege of leading communications for some of the biggest names in the sector, from running global PR for Proofpoint and UK communications for Kaspersky, to today leading UK communications for Cyberfort. It’s an industry we genuinely love working in because the pace never slows, the challenges constantly evolve, and the stories really matter.

The best part is that Dan has been there covering many of those stories throughout our own journey. From our early agency days through to launching Shift7, our paths have crossed countless times and over the years we’ve been lucky enough to consider him a great friend as well as one of the industry’s best journalists. It feels fitting to have him join the team, doing what he does best: producing insightful, authoritative journalism that helps our clients tell better stories.
