Rounding Off an Action-Packed First Quarter and the End of 2025

As we wrap up Shift7’s first quarter of trading and bring the calendar year to a close, we have taken a moment to look back on what an incredible start it has been. Launching a new business is always a leap of faith, but thanks to our founding clients, partners, friends and family, this first chapter has been remarkable, energising and, above all, great fun.

A High-Energy First Quarter

From day one, the pace has been full on. We have hit the ground running with exciting PR campaigns and impactful sales training programmes, working alongside clients who placed their trust in us right from the beginning. Your confidence has not only helped Shift7 find its feet, but has given us the opportunity to deliver meaningful work that we are genuinely proud of.

Telling Brilliant Stories Across Diverse Sectors

One of the most rewarding parts of this first quarter has been the chance to work across a wide variety of sectors. From innovative disruptors to established industry leaders, we have been able to tell brilliant stories that resonate. Together, we have secured standout national and trade media coverage, elevating brands and building real momentum for the year ahead.

On the sales side, we have supported teams closing out their own quarters and hitting their targets, setting themselves up well for the January return. And along the way, we even managed to crash a Christmas party or two.

A Quarter of Learning and Building

Behind the scenes, it has also been a period of steep but rewarding learning. As anyone who has launched a business knows, the early days involve taking on many roles. We have moved between PR specialists, sales consultants, finance directors, web developers and, occasionally, IT trouble-shooters, all while building something strong, sustainable and exciting.

The hard work is paying off. The essential foundations are now in place and we are ready for the next stage of growth. We could not have reached this point without the brilliant people who have supported us throughout.

Looking Ahead: New Clients, New Sectors, New Challenges

We know how lucky we are to be ending the year with such a fantastic client base that we are excited to continue growing in 2026. As the new year draws near we are preparing to enter new sectors, expand our capabilities and take on our biggest challenge to date. We cannot wait to reveal more on that in January, alongside our official public launch.
