We Only Went & Won It!

Shift7 is officially UK Agency Awards Best New Agency 2026!! And yes, we’re still getting our heads around it.

Being shortlisted in our first year felt like a huge achievement. We were genuinely happy just to be in the room. But to actually win? Minds. Blown.

So much so that Afsheen refused to move when our name was called, not quite realising we’d won. Alex, meanwhile, decided the appropriate response was to embrace the host with an on-stage hug.

As for what happened in the hours before we even arrived… well, if we see you for a drink, we’ll tell you. Classic Brooks stuff.

Behind the excitement, questionable composure and unsolicited hugging is a massive thank you to our clients and partners. You’ve trusted us, backed us and helped make our first year something special. This award is as much yours as it is ours.

Hopefully, it’s the first of many. For now, we’re off to build some IKEA KALLAX shelving to give

this bad boy a home. Apparently, winning an award doesn’t get you out of flat-pack assembly.

What a way to round off year one in business.
