Our PR and communications team is led by Alex Brooks, and he is hands on with every single account we work on. No handovers. No disappearing into the background once the contract is signed. Clients work directly with someone who has spent over two decades in the industry, leading campaigns at agencies including Octopus Group, now part of Publicis Pro, WPP owned AxiCom, and independent agencies such as TUVA, now MHP Technology.


During that time, Alex has worked at every level of agency life, from junior roles through to Managing Director. That experience means he understands what it takes to deliver at every stage of a campaign, from strategy and storytelling through to execution and results.


He and the Shift7 team have led PR programmes across cyber security, data, networking, telecoms, AI and cloud computing, and beyond. We have worked with organisations in financial services, HR, healthcare, the public sector, private enterprise and global corporates. Different sectors, different challenges, but always with the same focus of making sure the story is clear, credible and commercially useful.


All of our campaigns are built to raise brand awareness, strengthen credibility and improve market presence. That means positioning company leaders as genuine thought leaders and go to voices in their space, not just spokespeople wheeled out for product launches.
