Built to Sell, Not Just Be Seen: Shift7 Officially Launches

After months of working quietly behind the scenes, today marks a big milestone for us. Shift7 is officially open to the world.


Founded by former PR agency board directors Alex Brooks and Afsheen Chowdhury, Shift7 has been built around a simple but often overlooked premise: communications should not just create visibility, it should directly support revenue.

Marketing and communications teams are under more pressure than ever to prove ROI, while sales teams are being asked to convert interest in tougher, longer buying cycles. Shift7 exists to close that gap.


We are the agency Where Stories Sell, bringing B2B PR, brand storytelling and sales consultancy together into a single operating model. Our role is to help businesses move from awareness to action, ensuring the stories being told externally actively support what sales teams are trying to achieve internally.


In practice, that means working with marketing and communications teams to build authority, generate demand and create campaigns that genuinely resonate with buyers. At the same time, we work with sales teams to give them the confidence, skills and practical tools to use that visibility effectively, whether through clearer messaging, stronger playbooks, better conversations or improved conversion.


Our model is built around two specialist divisions that work together.


Our Communications and Media division focuses on narrative strategy, executive visibility, brand authority and high impact media engagement. This is about shaping stories that cut through noise, build trust and position organisations as credible leaders in their space.


Our Sales Consultancy division focuses on turning that visibility into revenue. Through coaching, diagnostics, training and commercial playbooks, we help sales teams align more closely with marketing and communications activity, so nothing valuable goes to waste.


Alongside this, we integrate AI driven tools and modern workflows across everything we do. From SEO and GEO to brand discoverability and content optimisation, we help clients stay visible, relevant and competitive as search, media and buyer behaviour continue to evolve.


We’re excited to build on what we’ve started, work with ambitious teams, and show what’s possible when stories are designed not just to sound good, but to sell.
